Titularizadora Colombiana is the first entity specialized in securitizing mortgage
loans in Colombia. Our aim is to bring capital markets and housing market together
through the issuance of mortgage backed securities. Therefore, we are the bridge
between the housing needs of millions of families and the savings of individuals
or organizations interested in purchasing high yield and low risk commercial papers.
Our securities bear the highest rating (AAA), are income tax exempted and are guaranteed
by the Nation and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), an important shareholder
of our company, part of the World Bank Group.
Colombia now has a powerful instrument that facilitates the financing the purchase
of new or used housing besides giving a fresh boost to the construction in all the
cities and strata. Our mission is to contribute to employment creation and help
more Colombian families have a home of their own. Hence, our slogan: A home for

Titularizadora Colombiana is a private institution, with shareholders that include
International Finance Corporation (IFC) and institutions with ground history and standing such as BCSC, Bancolombia, Davivienda,
AV Villas, Colpatria, and Seguros Bolivar. The incorporation of this
entity in July, 2001, is a milestone in the Colombian entrepreneurial history and
economic and social development.
